Ingredients
Chicken 4
gram
Salt 1 tea spoon
Ground roasted chili 2 tea spoons
Ground roasted rice 1 table spoon
Fish sauce 2 table spoons
Lime
Vietnamese mint 1 cup ( also known as Vietnamese coriander, Vietnamese cilantro)
Salt 1 tea spoon
Ground roasted chili 2 tea spoons
Ground roasted rice 1 table spoon

Instruction
1. Boil
the chicken in a boiling water
2. After
the chicken is done, take it out and tear the meat into long thin pieces. Put
it aside.
3. Slice Vietnamese mint in a pot, add the soup
that use for boiling the chicken, add salt, ground roasted rice, ground roasted
chili, fish sauce, and lime juice.
4. Add
chicken, stir the ingredient together.
5. Then,
it’s ready to serve.
Benefit
Chicken
is a good food for protein. Vietnamese mint has calcium helps to prevent decreased bone mass, and iron which
help in producing hemoglobin in blood.
