Pla Moo
Grilled pork salad
Ingredients
          Pork                                          400 gram
          Ground roasted rice                       1 table spoon
          Ground roasted chilli                      1 table spoon
          Fish sauce                                   1 table spoon
          light soy sauce                             2 table spoon
          Coriander
          Red shallot
          Mint
          Lemon grass
kaffir lime leaves
Green onion
Lime juice 

Direction

1.       Slice pork about a palm size
2.       Marinate the pork with light soy sauce for 5 minutes
3.       Grill the pork about 3-4 minutes, then turn to grill the other side
4.       After the pork is done, slice the grilled pork into pieces
5.       Take the pork into the salad bowl
6.       Seasoning with ground roasted chilli, ground roasted rice,  lime juice, and fish sauce. Then mix them together.
7.       Add, sliced red shallot, sliced lemon grass, sliced kaffir lime leaves, and some mint leave. Next mix them gently.
8.       Garnish with coriander and green onion.
9.       Serve with fresh vegetables and sticky rice.
Benefit
Pork is a good source for protein. Lime is rich in vitamin C which help to prevent us from catching a cold.
