Fresh water shrimp salad
Ingredients
Fresh water shrimp        200 gram
Ground roasted chili      1 table spoon
Ground roasted rice       ½ table spoon
Fish sauce                     ½ table spoon
Fermented fish sauce    ½ table spoon
Lime juice                     1 table spoon
Mint leaves                   50 gram
Green onion
Coriander   
Instruction
1.    Clean the shrimp and take its spiky thing and antenna out
2.    Roast the shrimp on the pan until cooked
3.    Pound the shrimp in a mortar
4.    Seasoning with ground roasted chili, ground roasted rice, fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, and lime juice.
5.    Add mint leave, then mix them together lightly again in a mortar.
6.    Garnish with coriander and chopped green onion
7.    Serve with fresh vegetable and steamed sticky rice.
Benefit
         Fresh water shrimp is rich with Carbohydrate, Calcium, Vitamin A , Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Phosphorus, and Iron.
