Jaew Het Fhang



“Jaew Het Fhang”
Mushroom Chili Sauce
 "Jaew" is chili sauce, which is a local food  comprise  of  fermented fish sauce, fish sauce and chili.

Ingredients
          Mushroom      200 gram
          Chili              5
          Garlic            5 cloves
          Spring onion    2 sticks
          Fermented fish sauce 1 table spoon
          Lime juice      1 table spoon
Direction
1.       Clean mushroom, chili, and spring onion
2.       Cut the mushroom into half
3.       Grill mushroom, chili, garlic until cook. Please do not burn them.
4.       Pound chili, garlic, and mushroom in a mortar
5.       Seasoning with fermented fish sauce and lime juice, to put more or less seasoning is up to you. Please taste it.
6.       Put the mixture or Jaew into a bowl, and garnish with diced spring onion
Benefit
          Mushroom contain high vitamin C, and a lot of essential amino acid. In case frequently consume, it can immunize our body system. The mushroom is also good for people who have high blood pressure.
